Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns exclusively for defective or damaged products. Requests based on preference changes, ordering errors, or personal taste are not accepted.

Reporting a Defect

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment if you receive a damaged or defective item. Send a WhatsApp message with photos of the problematic product and your order details.

Approval

Our team reviews all requests and maintains sole discretion to approve or deny them following inspection. You will receive a decision notification through WhatsApp.

Exchanges

When a return is approved, we may provide a replacement or exchange depending on inventory. Refund decisions are made individually for each case.
